EVENT PLANNING TIPS
For parties and weddings we suggest three pounds of ice per person. This will cool canned and bottled beverages as well as allow for cocktail service.
To cool cans or bottles, 7-10 pounds of ice per case will keep them cold for 6-8 hours. To cool a half keg of beer, 40-50 pounds of ice will keep it cool for 6-8 hours.
For high temperatures or humidity, be sure to grab a few extra bags.
Please keep the ice used for drinks separate from that used to cool food or cans so that people aren’t using ice that has come in contact with hands or other unsanitary items.
